When you complete the RSVP form we receive the details you enter: your name, company, position, country, email address, telephone number, your areas of interest and any message you include. Along with your submission we record the approximate location (city and country), IP address and device type of the request, which helps us confirm enquiries are genuine.

If you simply browse the site, we collect no personal information — only anonymous usage statistics, described below.

Your RSVP details are used to respond to you personally, suggest polo fixtures and hospitality dates, and arrange your day as our guest. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing, and we won’t add you to mailing lists you didn’t ask for.

The site is hosted by Vercel. RSVP submissions are stored securely in Airtable, and our confirmation and notification emails are delivered by Resend. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We use Google Analytics to understand how guests use the site — which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are from, and how they found us. Google Analytics only sets cookies if you accept them via the notice shown on your first visit; if you decline, your visit is measured anonymously without cookies. Your choice is remembered in your browser and you can change it by clearing this site’s data.

We keep RSVP details for as long as needed to arrange and follow up on your visit, and to maintain a record of our guests. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Compliance@saferock.co.uk and we’ll take care of it personally.
